1. Scope & Applicability

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our official e-commerce platform www.coachxgrind.com within the United Arab Emirates. It covers all standard CoachXGrind T-shirts and apparel sold directly by us in brand-new, unused condition. This policy follows the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and the UAE E-Commerce Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023).

2. Consumer Rights

Under UAE law, consumers are entitled to receive goods that match their description, are safe, of acceptable quality, and free from defects. Customers are eligible to request repair, replacement, or refund if the goods are found to be defective, damaged, or not as described.

3. Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:
• The item received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
• The wrong size or color was delivered.

For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

4. Returns Period & Process

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer support at coachxgrind@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization and arrange free return pickup within the UAE.
3. Ensure the product is securely packed with all tags and original packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent regarding your refund or exchange status.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds will typically be completed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

6. Exchanges & Replacements

You may request an exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

7. Non-Returnable Items

• Customised or personalised items (e.g., shirts with printed names or special designs)
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Items without original packaging, washed or worn items

8. Shipping Costs

All returns within the UAE are free of charge. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

9. VAT & Duties

All prices on www.coachxgrind.com include 5% UAE VAT unless stated otherwise. Refunds for returned items will include the corresponding VAT amount.

10. Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE. Customers may also contact the UAE Consumer Protection Department through the official portal (u.ae) for assistance.
