1. Introduction

Welcome to CoachXGrind, a Dubai-based brand dedicated to premium apparel for coaches, athletes, and fitness professionals. By accessing or using our website, purchasing any products, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms are governed by UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 (E-Commerce Law) and Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection Law).

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into contracts, and provide accurate, current information when placing an order.

3. Account Registration

Creating an account is optional but recommended for faster checkout and order tracking. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Products & Pricing

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify product prices or descriptions at any time. In the event of pricing or listing errors, CoachXGrind reserves the right to adjust or cancel affected orders.

5. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation email. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure gateways. By submitting an order, you authorize CoachXGrind and its partners to charge your selected payment method. Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will be reported to UAE authorities.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available across the UAE and selected international locations. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days within UAE and 7–14 internationally. CoachXGrind is not liable for courier or customs delays.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms. Customers may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery as outlined on our website (www.coachxgrind.com/policies/returns). All UAE returns are free.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs including CoachXGrind™, Coach Mode ON™, and Legacy of the Grind™ are protected by UAE copyright and trademark law. No material may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Use of the Website

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, transmit harmful code, interfere with website security, or use automated bots to collect data.

10. Limitation of Liability

CoachXGrind shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use or site access. We are not responsible for misuse, negligence, or third-party delivery/payment errors.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Your information is used for order processing, delivery, and marketing with consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Promotions & Discounts

Discount codes and promotions are subject to specific terms and expiry. CoachXGrind may modify or withdraw offers without notice.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, or regulatory actions.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai. Consumers may also contact the UAE Consumer Protection portal (u.ae) for complaints.

15. Amendments

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The version displayed on www.coachxgrind.com at the time of purchase applies.
