1. Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to all online orders placed through CoachXGrind’s official e-commerce website. Our goal is to provide fast, secure, and transparent delivery across the United Arab Emirates and selected international destinations.
2. Delivery Coverage
Domestic Shipping: Available across all seven Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
International Shipping: Available to select countries through partnered couriers. If your address is outside normal courier coverage, our team will contact you for alternative arrangements.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays). Orders placed after 4 PM (UAE time) are processed the next business day. During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take longer.
4. Delivery Timeframes
UAE Mainland: 2–5 business days (Aramex / Shipa / Emirates Post)
GCC Countries: 5–10 business days (DHL / Aramex)
International: 7–14 business days (DHL Express). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.
5. Shipping Fees
UAE Orders: Free shipping for all orders above AED 200.
Orders below AED 200: Flat fee of AED 20.
International Orders: Fees calculated at checkout based on destination. Express shipping may be available at additional cost.
6. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your delivery via the courier’s website.
7. Delivery Conditions
Deliveries occur Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–8 PM. A valid address and phone number must be provided. If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel may be returned, and re-delivery fees may apply. Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not permitted.
8. Order Delays or Issues
If your order is delayed or misplaced, contact coachxgrind@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve it promptly.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If a package arrives damaged or an item is missing, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll investigate and arrange replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are not included in product prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
11. Delivery to Remote or Restricted Areas
Some regions may be classified as remote by our courier partners, extending delivery by 2–3 days or incurring additional fees (notified before shipment).
12. Ownership & Risk
Ownership of products transfers once the parcel is delivered to the shipping address. CoachXGrind is not responsible for loss or damage after confirmed delivery.
13. Policy Updates
CoachXGrind may update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in courier partners, fees, or delivery conditions. The latest version will be available on www.coachxgrind.com.
